Nicole R. Brunswick, Esq.

The word “trust” is a term some individuals no longer associate with attorneys. My goal is to change perspectives when it comes to hiring an attorney. I want my clients to feel confident in their choice of an attorney from the initial consultation and long after representation is over. Fort Myers can be described as a “Large Small Town” where your reputation is of utmost importance. Being born and raised in Fort Myers, I strive to build long lasting relationships throughout the community, professionally and personally.

Family matters can be a difficult and painful process for anyone to experience. My mission is to help families heal and to resolve conflicts in a healthy and efficient manner. I strive to not only be an advocate for my client, but to also help settle family law disputes in a manner that encourages resolution while minimizing the impact on the family, which yields better results. It is of utmost importance to treat every client and their respective situation as an independent matter, so to better understand and address their unique needs and goals. Resolution and positive problem solving is important, however, I am committed to zealous representation of my clients and their needs throughout the process.

I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, however, Fort Myers, Florida is where I grew up and I consider home. I attended Bishop Verot Catholic High School and later received my Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. During my undergraduate career I worked for a family law firm in Orlando, which is where my passion for family law emerged. This passion led me to Stetson University College of Law where I earned my Juris Doctorate. My legal experience includes, but is not limited to: Member on the Dispute Resolution Board at Stetson, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, Canakaris Inn of Court, and Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mark A. Pizzo in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and outdoors.
